  • Profound asthenia, stress, anxiety +++

Instructions :

Internal Use : Consult an aromatherapist

External Use :

  • Via external massage mixed with oil 5% to 10%
  • In inhalation : 5 drops in a bowl of boiling water
  • In bath 5 drops, mixed with a glass of milk

Contra indications : Not recommended in the first 3 months by the pregnancy
