Directions for use

Dried lemon can be used as is or rehydrated to flavour sweet dishes: madeleine, cookies, cakes… It also subtly flavours teas, arranged rums or desserts. In savory cuisine, it is infused in liquid preparations and sauces, with fish and seafood
